I have some general thoughts on what they should be:

A lot of website services are finding themselves in trouble with the amount of personal data that they share with third parties. I personally believe that someone should be secure in knowing that their information is not freely given to third parties, even if it is hidden in the terms & conditions agreement. The information provided to ExcursionMatch.com will always be the property of the user. ExcursionMatch.com will only use the information provided by the user to match with information provided by the vendor and that information will never be shared with anyone else, even the vendors.
